At least twenty affidavits have been collected by people who are aware that TDCJ officials are attempting to arrange a gang hit on David Hernandez, the primary author of the recent lawsuit against Texas and the Quo Warranto sent to the US Attorney General regarding Texas Unenacted Laws. We are posting this to ensure that should anything happen to any of the Texas Twenty- that a full investigation will ensue.
