ILLEGAL ALTERATION OF RESPONDANT IN MAGISTRATE AMOS MAZZANT'S COURTHOUSE

Take a look at the first pages of a 60B motion that I recently filed.  Notice the Second page where the Respondant was illegally altered by someone in the federal judges system.  Then you should peruse my response and then the illegal dismissal by Mazzant where he doesn't even address the illegalities that were committed in the federal court system itself!  We are just going to upload first page so you can compare the discrepancies- if you want to see entire document, just click on link below.

At this point Corrupt Magistrate Amos Mazzant ignores the illegalities which occurred in the courthouse (we can only assume it was under his direction) and dismissed the case saying it should have been filed in the original court where Judge Brenda T. Rhoades failed to enjoin Dallas from prosecuting Mr. Bailey for a debt which was previously and properly discharged in bankruptcy.   Why would the original court ever review their own errors?

OPEN LETTER TO MAGISTRATE AMOS (CORRUPT) MAZZANT IN PLANO TEXAS

With the latest move by Magistrate Mazzant denying his responsibility to rule properly on Mr. Bailey’s 60B motion, his previously illegal granting Bank of America of summary adjustment— With the latest move by Magistrate Mazzant denying his responsibility to rule properly on Mr. Bailey’s 60B motion mimic his previously illegal granting Bank of America of summary Judgment. One might suppose that he is in hope that someone else be at death rows when an associate within the bankruptcy court will have the audacity to deny the obvious duly justified 60B motion if for no other reason but to say “Hey, it’s your fellow judge ruling, you’re going to overturn and you have to work with her”.  

But then again, there is a possibility that getting the whole truth a review will provide a proper ruling reflecting justice and Dallas County will have to deal with their malicious prosecution. I know there are in fact some honest judges out there, Magistrate Mazzant.

The bigger problem is that the cohorts of the good ol’ boy country judicial country club of corruption in Texas has a rather large membership, so to expect justice at the expense of exposing the corruption within the various District Attorney’s office will inevitably bring about great pressure on the ones that must rule on the rule 60B motion. The evidence is clear and it’s obvious that Detective Cox stood by his guns and bowed out of the vigilante lynch mob, so it’s a clear case of a hatchet job mentality. Maybe it’s time for one of the latest old school real cops to really retire and ride into the sunset with a pension as he would surely solicit the wrath of the blueprint fraternity if not the good ol’ boys of Texas' Country Club of Corruption. I say because this cop deserves a medal and his pension in advance so he can find a place outside Texas where there are just good ol’ boys that fear God.
