Collin County- Officer Stansell In her own words.

Mr Bailey is still thoroughly grieved that he could not call Officer Stansell to testify as her testimony would surely tell a much different story than "Officer Greer".

In her own words, you can hear what she had to say about Mr. Bailey's wallet and other missing items.   They clearly discuss that Paul's son entered the home while the police were there and took items that he later used to commit the very crimes that his father was concerned about!  They even mention that there were witnesses!

Now why did Mr Bailey's Court Appointed "defense attorney" not admit all of this as evidence?

Beware of Court Appointed Attorneys, they don't always have your best interests at heart.

I have a proposal,  how about we develop a system of justice that  encourages putting all evidence out on the table.  Then if all of the evidence is not treated properly or if evidence is tampered with, (and upon review it is proven as such), then the defense attorney, investigators, and prosecutors get to spend 3 months in a maximum security prison?

I'm fairly certain that the justice system would be cleaned up and pronto!
